INDAALI will give its customers the opportunity to exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

How to exchange?

• Please Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) which you place your order with us and let us know the details of the clothing item which needs to be exchanged.

If the transaction has been initiated through website, please wastapp via +94753417760. Once the exchange has been approved, our team will contact you and guide you on handing over the original package and receiving the exchanged product.

Please note :

• An additional Rs. 300 will be charged for the exchange order along with the standard delivery fee.
• We do not offer exchanges for discounted/sale items.
• Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
• Please note that you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT.
