Indaali Exchange Policy
At Indaali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Reasons for Exchange:
- Size Exchange – If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).
- Damaged Product – If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect Order – If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must provide clear images if the request is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
Exchange Fees:
- If the exchange is due to a customer request (size change), a fee of Rs. 300 plus the standard delivery charge will be applicable.
- If the exchange is due to a fault from our side (damaged or incorrect item), Indaali will cover all shipping costs, and no extra charges will apply.
Exchange Process:
- If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size.
- If exchanging for a different style, the new item must be of equal or higher value. If the chosen item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
- Customers must pay the exchange fee (Rs. 300 + standard delivery charge) before processing the exchange, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Note: Exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Indaali Return Policy
At Indaali, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged Products – If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a return.
- Incorrect Order – If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
Return Conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers must provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item for verification.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
Refund/Replacement Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as per the customer’s preference.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
